Nordés 0.0 is a sugar-free refreshing drink made from osmosis water, treated through a series of processes (emulsion, filtration and decantation) with tartaric acid tartaric acid and essential oils of the main botanical ingredients, resulting in a transparent liquid with the nuances, intensity of flavour and aroma and aroma of Nordés gin.

APPEARANCE: Bright and clear liquid
NOSE: Refreshing drink, with fresh aromas of white fruits, harmonized with balsamic notes of mint, sage, eucalyptus, cardamom, and bay leaf, accompanied by a subtle hint of juniper.
PALATE: Fresh and fruity notes, with a saline touch brought by samphire. It shows a perfect balance between acidity, sweetness, and bitterness.
