A very long aging in American white oak barrels gives this exceptional rum a Creole flavor and a spicy aromatic palette.

When a lime dries under the sun, it turns black and develops wonderful slightly smoky, woody, deep aromas, while retaining its zesty freshness. Black lemon is widely used in Mediterranean and Persian cuisine. Yu Gin Black Lemon offers a remarkable aromatic profile: yuzu, black lemon, juniper, combined with a delicate bouquet of ginger, coriander, caraway, and cardamom, creating a truly unique gin with rich, deep, and original aromas.

The rum is aged using the solera process for aging spirits, in which barrels containing older spirits are “topped off” and married with younger spirit from other barrels as the angel’s share takes its toll. Afterwards the rums blended are aged again in Single Malt Scotch Whisky oak barrels for at least 6 months. By the time, the rum is bottled. “Rum Cañero Finnished Malt Scotch Whisky” has been created personally by the great RUM MASTER JUAN ALBERTO ALVAREZ, professional with huge experience on the Rum Art, which has been developed among very well known distilleries throughout all Caribbean.

Penderyn Legend constitutes the ideal introduction to the first Welsh whisky distillery. Fully matured in bourbon casks, this single malt spent a few additional months in Madeira casks, giving it sweet and fruity notes. The red dragon, featured in many folk tales, also appears on the national flag of Wales.
