A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). Quintessentia was chosen to celebrate the alchemical achievement of the purest essence in the generational transmission of the family recipe, obtained by ennobling Amaro with grape brandy aged in barrels for a minimum of 12 months.

Our gin is the result of distillation and maceration. We use a certified organic grain alcohol of European origin (mainly from Italy) which brings all the smoothness and finesse of Origen gin and allows the balance of the selected aromatic notes to express themselves.
