Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. Mermaid Zest Gin won a Double Gold Medal as well as the Best in Class award in the flavoured gins category at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025 (SFWSC)

A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.

Passiflora edulis, commonly known as passion fruit, is a species of flowering plant in the family Passifloraceae. Its origins can be traced back to South America, where it is native to regions spanning from southern Brazil through Paraguay and into northern Argentina. This tropical vine thrives in warm climates and is valued for its delicious fruit. The Passiflora edulis flavicarpa varietal (yellow passion fruit) produces fruit that is larger with more exceptional tart flavor. Each bottle approx 6–8 large passion fruits 100% passion fruit

The White Heather 15 years is a blend crafted by Billy Walker. This whisky brings together a meticulous combination of malt and grain whiskies from the Highlands, Islay, and Speyside regions.
