Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

Ezra Brooks Rye is an authentic rye whiskey, crafted with American expertise passed down since 1957. Produced at the renowned Lux Row distillery in Bardstown, the bourbon capital of the world, this rye whiskey pays homage to tradition and innovation. Comprising 51% rye, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley, it is carefully aged in freshly charred American white oak barrels, unveiling a rich aromatic profile and complex depth. Perfect for rye whiskey enthusiasts seeking the perfect balance between spice and smoothness.

Isidore Lemorton participated in the founding of the family business. Throughout his life, he received numerous medals and awards. Notably, he was awarded the title of Coq d’Or in the Guide des Gourmands at the age of 91 in 1991. Roger, Isidore's son, continued the tradition of expertise when he took over the family torch. He never stopped supporting his father throughout his life until the succession. Driven by passion, Roger devoted all his heart and soul to crafting cider-based products and lovingly preserved these Domfrontais Calvados in oak barrels. Instinctively, this deep passion was passed down over time to Didier, his son, with the unwavering support of Martine, Didier's wife.

Don Papa Baroko rum is distilled from locally produced molasses, on the island of Negros. It is then aged for several years in American oak barrels, then blended by the cellar master to ensure consistency over the years. to ensure consistency over the years.

This time, the brand takes us to Jamaica to discover a very old VSOP rum. This creation from the Worthy Park distillery was aged for 4 years in Bourbon casks before being transported to the Cognac region for an additional six months of maturation in the brand’s cellars in Chevanceaux. This cuvée has thus undergone double aging, first in a tropical climate and then in a continental one.
