Grappa with a refined and assertive aroma and an enchanting flavor, it is harmonious and persistent on the palate. It is obtained through the bain-marie distillation of Amarone pomace (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara) in a discontinuous still, then aged in small 500-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.
Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.
Brockmans X Jack Irving is a limited edition “Supernova” with a bottle design created by British designer Jack Irving; the gin inside remains the original Brockmans “Intensely Smooth,” known for its silky texture and berry–citrus profile built on a classic juniper base. Distilled using ancestral methods dating back more than a century, this absinthe stands out for its authentic character, based on a wine alcohol base and a meticulous selection of herbs, including local grand wormwood (Artemisia absinthium).
