Aged for 3 years in cognac barrels, it reveals a radiant golden hue and a rich, balanced aromatic profile. Crafted with 65% red cane and 35% blue cane, this agricole rum with 45% alcohol offers a tasting experience where power and finesse come together in harmony. Presented in a bottle with an elegant design, adorned with an orange label featuring golden Creole patterns, it pays homage to Guadeloupean culture and the memory of moments spent on the heights of Palmiste in Goubeyre. Miracielo is produced by hand using the original La Antigua Guatemala recipe from 1953, in small batches.
During the ageing process, fresh plums, sultanas and vanilla are added by hand, macerating and giving it its unique aromatic profile. Symbolising its artisanal, hand-made profile, the leather collar that adorns its neck is also handmade.
