Don Papa Gayuma, which means "love potion" in Tagalog, is a unique cuvée that pays tribute to the traditions of the shamans of Negros Island, in the Philippines. This carefully crafted super-premium rum marries artisanal expertise with a history rich in rituals and legends. This rum is the result of an exceptional aging and finishing process. Aged for 3 years in ex-Bourbon American oak casks, then finished for 6 months in high-heat toasted Rioja casks and an additional 3 months in intensely toasted Islay whisky oak casks, this rum unfolds a complexity that surprises and seduces. With its peaty notes (a first in the Don Papa universe) and its rich, gourmet bouquet, it invites enlightened enthusiasts to a unique and intriguing experience.
This is a bitter aperitif liqueur created based on the recipe for the "Italian Bitter of Turin" dating back to the 1860s. Originally produced in Turin, Italy, under the name Torino Gran Classico, the recipe was purchased in 1925 by the small Swiss distillery E. Luginbühl, and a version has since been produced mainly for local consumption. Gran Classico was developed by returning to the original recipe; it is made from a maceration of 25 aromatic herbs and roots, including wormwood, gentian, bitter orange peel, rhubarb, and hyssop. The maceration also creates a naturally attractive golden amber color, and no additional coloring is added.

Cihuatan 12 Years Cinabrio is an exceptional rum from El Salvador, carefully crafted from cane syrup and molasses.
Its name, "Cinabrio," is inspired by cinnabar, a red mineral used by the Mayans to honor their sun god, Kinich Ahau.
This rum has aged for at least 12 years in the cellars of Licorera Cihuatan, in American oak barrels that previously contained bourbon.
The rich history and artisanal production method of this rum make it a true celebration of Mayan culture and Salvadoran craftsmanship.

Swansea became known as Copperopolis from 1720, when 50% of the world’s copper and 90% of the UK’s copper was smelted in the area. Penderyn’s new distillery is now located in the powerhouse of the former copperworks building. This is #12 in the "Icons of Wales" series, bottlings celebrating a significant person, milestone or event from Wales. Drawing inspiration from the Welsh hills rich in high-quality copper, Copperopolis was created to bring wealth from the land. In 1980, copper production ceased when the Hafod works closed, but in 2023, Penderyn Distillery Swansea forged a new future for Copperopolis, once again mastering the elements of Wales to create the precious liquid known as Aur Cymru, the Gold of Wales.
