Geraldine Kavanagh, our full time forager, brings the wild, fresh botanicals to the distillery within hours of foraging where small-batch slow-distillation is used to tease out the delicate botanical flavours. Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin serves the taste of 'a year in every bottle' and perfectly captures a place in time, with four seasons of foraging in wild Wicklow encapsulated in each bottle.

Tullibardine 18 Year Old has been matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks. Distilled in 2005, this is the latest addition to Tullibardine’s core range of single malts. The cartons are illustrated by Scottish artist Bryan Angus, depicting scenes and features of the distillery itself, making them a lovely gift.

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. A smooth yet complex rum, originating from a single estate. Made from fresh sugarcane grown on the estate, it is distilled in a column still located in the heart of the sugarcane fields to ensure maximum freshness of the ingredients. The VSOP rum is aged exclusively in French oak Cognac barrels, slowly toasted, for a richness and depth that must be tasted to be believed.
