Nginious Smoked & Salted Gin

A smooth yet complex rum, originating from a single estate. Made from fresh sugarcane grown on the estate, it is distilled in a column still located in the heart of the sugarcane fields to ensure maximum freshness of the ingredients. The VSOP rum is aged exclusively in French oak Cognac barrels, slowly toasted, for a richness and depth that must be tasted to be believed.

Black cane is part of the DNA of Bologna, a variety forgotten by distillers.

The Old Black Cane cuvée has been aged for 3 to 6 years.

To be enjoyed dry, with or without ice.

The Penderyn distillery produces award-winning single malt whiskies and spirits at the foot of the magnificent Brecon Beacons in South Wales. Madeira Penderyn is aged in old bourbon casks and then in old Madeira wine casks to give it all its character.

Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.
