Following on from the multi-award-winning success of our Brecon Special Reserve Gin and our Brecon Botanicals Gin, Penderyn are delighted to announce the launch of Rhubarb & Cranberry gin. It is based on our Brecon Special Reserve gin (which won Gold at the 2020 Spirits Business Global Gin Masters) and bottled at 37.5% abv.

Produced in the heart of the Tottori region, in western Japan, the San-In Blended Whisky is a creation of the Kurayoshi distillery. Its soft and smooth character is explained by the use of pure spring water from Mount Daisen, renowned for the quality of its natural resources. This light and refreshing Japanese whisky, awarded numerous international distinctions, is ideal for enthusiasts seeking new flavors or for a first foray into the world of Japanese whiskies. Don Papa Baroko rum is distilled from locally produced molasses, on the island of Negros. It is then aged for several years in American oak barrels, then blended by the cellar master to ensure consistency over the years. to ensure consistency over the years.

Kyloe is blended using the finest malt and grain whisky, at a high ratio of malt to grain, and bottled at a hearty 50% abv, without the use of chill filtration, to offer a bold, authentic and powerful sensory experience.

Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight Bourbon embodies the authenticity and history of Kentucky bourbon. Crafted from a recipe dating back to 1849, it stands out for its use of wheat instead of rye, offering a softer and more refined flavor profile. This bourbon, both powerful and balanced, combines rich and complex flavors with a silky texture on the palate. Crowned with a double gold medal at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Rebel Yell is a true tribute to bourbon craftsmanship.

Cihuatan Xaman, originating from El Paisnal, San Salvador, El Salvador, is a 16-year-old rum with 40% Alc./Vol., aged for 15 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then finished for 1 year in Mayan ceiba casks. At the heart of every bottle of Cihuatán Xaman lies the Sleeping Woman, a Mayan goddess and guardian of the Cihuatán valley. Legend has it that, under the veil of the night, the Sleeping Woman would search for the brightest star in the sky. It was Xaman, the god of the North Star.

A very long aging in American white oak barrels gives this exceptional rum a Creole flavor and a spicy aromatic palette.
