Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

A blend of some of the finest Islay and Speyside peated malts combined with richer, older GlenAllachie, the Lum Reek 21 years old, voted Worlds Best Blended Malt 2020, was aged in Oloroso, Virgin Oak and Red Wine casks. Non chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at 48% ABV, Billy Walker has recreated the peated whiskies of 100 years ago for the modern-day palate.

The concluding installment in the "Five Virtues series" is dedicated to Water, paying homage to the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—integral in crafting the whisky. This edition is a tribute to Tomatin's exclusive spring, the Alt-na-Frith Burn, a constant water source. The whisky undergoes maturation, with half in sherry hogheads casks and the remaining half in second-fill bourbon barrels. Limited to just 6,000 bottles, this series is a testament to craftsmanship and nature's influence.

With Penultimus, Foursquare closes the Exceptional Cask Selection series, faithful to the precision and transparency that have made the distillery's reputation. This rum is crafted from a blend of distillates from pot and column stills, aged in Barbados, without additives, colorants, or chill filtration. For this edition, Richard Seale combined bourbon and Moscatel casks. The influence of the Moscatel brings an aromatic depth without making the rum too sweet or too heavy. The whole remains balanced and highlights the rum itself, rather than an excessive influence of the cask.

The Tullibardine Sovereign is a Scottish single malt crafted in the Highlands region, renowned for its expertise and the purity of its water. Aged in first-fill bourbon casks, this whisky reveals an aromatic richness combining sweetness and complexity. With its floral notes, creamy chocolate, and subtle hints of vanilla, it will appeal to lovers of elegant and well-balanced whiskies. The clever chaps behind nginious! Gin have created a Smoked & Salted variation of their excellent Swiss gin. This features juniper, bitter oranges, quinces, ginger and coriander, as well as cold-smoked chestnuts (which were smoked for 40 hours) and a rare smoked stone salt.
