Elaborated in the heart of Japan by the Kurayoshi distillery, The San-In is a blended whisky that embodies the elegance and subtlety typical of Japanese spirits. Aged in ex-bourbon casks for 3 years, it charms with its balance between freshness and fruity sweetness. Palo Cortado is the rarest style of Sherry that combines the dryness of Fino with the nutty and darker fruit characteristics of Oloroso. It develops when the ‘flor’ yeast layer naturally dies on a wine that was initially intended to become a Fino. Using puncheons and hogshead casks that previously held this exceptional Sherry, the spirit develops a beautifully layered character, with notes of ripe plums, dark mocha and warming cinnamon spice. We proudly present The Wood Collection at a high strength of 48% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing ethe unique character to shine through.

Built in 1819 by Hugh Munro and his brother, wealthy landlords in the north of Scotland. A distillery that is used as a Northern Highland base for many a blend due to it's rich and complex flavour profile. In 1933 the distillery is sold to DCL, and increases in 1970 from 4 to 6 pot stills. In 2014 a new distillery is built with 6 new Pot Stills.
