Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Bourbon Cask Matured – Peated – Artist: Murray Robertson « Mapping Scotia » A single malt from the Highlands with peat and embers from the sea and land, the spirit of Scotland’s landscape from the Highlands and Islands. Monymusk Plantation Special Reserve is a blend of premium rums selected from burnt American oak casks in which the rums have been aged to perfection for at least 10 years.

This deliciously fruity whisky enjoyed initial maturation in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels for over 8 years. Adding further complexity, the spirit was then transferred into specially elected Moscatel casks for a finishing period of over 42 months. A particularly aromatic dessert wine produced in Portugal, these Moscatel barriques offer up floral aromas, coupled with a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Delivering distinctive notes of tart fruit and rich toffee, this bronzed malt is one to be savoured.

Cihuatan Indigo 8 Y is a true invitation to travel, a vibrant homage to the culture and heritage of the Mayan civilization of El Salvador.
This unique cuvée owes its name to the indigo color, an essential component of the famous "Mayan blue," a hue found on the frescoes of ancient temples buried in the jungle.
Distilled and aged in the heart of the Cihuatán valley, this rum reveals all the authenticity and richness of an unknown terroir.
Each bottle is adorned with Mayan iconography, bearing witness to the deep history and tradition of this civilization.

Old Pulteney Flotilla 2012 is a Highlands whisky aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks. Over the years, the casks have gently absorbed all the sea breeze from the North of Scotland, giving the whisky its sweet and complex flavors and its coastal characteristics. It is not surprising that Old Pulteney is known as the "maritime malt".
