Don Papa Gayuma, which means "love potion" in Tagalog, is a unique cuvée that pays tribute to the traditions of the shamans of Negros Island, in the Philippines. Aged for 3 years in ex-Bourbon American oak casks, then finished for 6 months in high-heat toasted Rioja casks and an additional 3 months in intensely toasted Islay whisky oak casks, this rum unfolds a complexity that surprises and seduces.
