The ageing of Phraya Elements follows the tradition of maturing the distillate in American oak exbourbon casks, which are stored and left to breathe near sleeping lagoons. A blend of aged rums, this premium rum offers unprecedented taste sensations that reflect the spirit of the "Craft of Refinement".

Matured in a unique combination of 1st fill Bourbon and 1st fill Sherry casks for notes of fresh apple, sweet floral grass and hints of chocolate. ‘Vinaya’, a Sanskrit word meaning respect and gratitude, pays homage to the original founders of the distillery who paved the way, as Bladnoch looks forward to an exciting new era of production and innovation.

Specially selected by Billy Walker, Limited Release (2,000 cases), Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels withsecondary maturation in Douro Valleybarriques, Matured in Speyside, Non-chill filtered and no added colouring.Located in the heart of Portugal, the Douro Valley is one of the world’s oldest protected wine regions, established in 1756. With the country’s highest wine classification as a Denominação de Origem Controlada (DOC), this historic region is a significant producer of robust, characterful red wines.Factors such as the oak species, level of toasting, and coopering of the cask each leave a unique mark on the slumbering spirit.

Almost five years since we formed the GlenAllachie Distillers Company, bringing the distillery back into private ownership, we released the very special expression as an extension of our core range. Our Master Distiller, Billy Walker, has worked tirelessly on perfecting this expression since day one; evaluating casks and refining recipes to create something special.
