The Longueteau 50° agricultural white rum is made from two varieties of sugarcane, the "blue" cane and the "red" cane. These varieties have been selected and are recognized for their aromatic intensity. Of superior quality, this rum stands out for the finesse of its aromas. It is best enjoyed in a ti-punch.

Xibal Gin is a drink distilled through a Copper Still, in the presence of natural botanicals such as juniper roots, pericon, fennel, coriander, and spices such as allspice, lemon, bay leaves, cardamom and orange. All under the strictest quality controls, which guarantee the highest purity.

Just like LONGUETEAU 50°, LONGUETEAU 55° agricultural white rum is made from the same two varieties of sugarcane (blue and red). This 55° rum is appreciated by connoisseurs for its exceptional quality, a delightful blend of authenticity and terroir. It stands out for its extraordinary aroma.

The rich honey flavour adds a sweetness to the flavour profile, the wonderful hand-picked calamansi lime contributes distinctive citrus notes while the fiery local pepper, siling labuyo adds a touch of heat and spice.

The star of "bleutiful" aperitifs! An aperitif crafted through the maceration of green anise, star anise, and licorice, inspired by the blue skies of Provence and the Mediterranean. Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.

This is the smallest plot on the estate, where red cane is grown in accordance with the rules of organic farming. The plot is well exposed to the sun. The cane is worked by hand at every stage, with the exception of the harvest, which is mechanised. This 100% Canne Rouge white agricultural rum is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats, then bottled after reduction at 55°.
