Doorly's 14 Year Old is an exceptional rum from the renowned Foursquare distillery located on the sunny beaches of Barbados. Carefully aged in Bourbon and Madeira casks, this rum embodies the perfect balance between refinement and aromatic intensity. Cihuatán Suerte is a limited edition rum inspired by the legend of Muwaan Mat, the Mayan god of luck. The Mayan people believed that this god shared the gift of luck through crystals. To harness it, they filtered water with quartz during a sacred ritual, then enjoyed drinks at enchanting celebrations. This bottle, with its beautiful vivid colors, catches the eye. It contains a delicious extra-aged rum, the result of column still distillation, followed by 15 to 17 years of aging in oak barrels, and finally filtered over quartz.

A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.

Au double vieillissement en fûts de teck et de chêne americain (ex bourbons) s’ajoute une annee de vieillissement supplementaire en fûts de merisier qui apporte des arômes de miel et de griottes.

The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.Aging: Six years minimum. In toasted 400 L oak barrels, 25% of which are new.

AnCnoc is a rather curious whisky. This fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. The end result is a lighter-tasting single malt that makes no compromises on quality. anCnoc 12 Year Old is recognised the world over. Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product.
