The Penderyn distillery produces award-winning single malt whiskies and spirits at the foot of the magnificent Brecon Beacons in South Wales. Madeira Penderyn is aged in old bourbon casks and then in old Madeira wine casks to give it all its character.

Just like LONGUETEAU 50°, LONGUETEAU 55° agricultural white rum is made from the same two varieties of sugarcane (blue and red). This 55° rum is appreciated by connoisseurs for its exceptional quality, a delightful blend of authenticity and terroir. It stands out for its extraordinary aroma.

This is the smallest plot on the estate, where red cane is grown in accordance with the rules of organic farming. The plot is well exposed to the sun. The cane is worked by hand at every stage, with the exception of the harvest, which is mechanised. This 100% Canne Rouge white agricultural rum is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats, then bottled after reduction at 55°.
