Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

Tullibardine Sauternes is a wonderfully rich whisky, aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and matured in 225-litre Sauternes barrels.

Step into the vibrant world of Don Papa Masskara, a homage to Negros Occidental’s iconic Masskara Festival. This annual celebration, dedicated to finding joy in the face of adversity, embodies the authentic soul of the Philippines. This premium edition is blended with a pot still infusion of tropical ingredients locally-sourced in the Philippines. Distilled at 40% ABV, Don Papa Masskara is a distinctly rich, sweet and citrus spiced creation, evoking the joyous nature of its namesake fiesta.

Chopin Rye Organic is made from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from a single local farm near our distillery. It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.

Cihuatan 12 Years Cinabrio is an exceptional rum from El Salvador, carefully crafted from cane syrup and molasses.
Its name, "Cinabrio," is inspired by cinnabar, a red mineral used by the Mayans to honor their sun god, Kinich Ahau.
This rum has aged for at least 12 years in the cellars of Licorera Cihuatan, in American oak barrels that previously contained bourbon.
The rich history and artisanal production method of this rum make it a true celebration of Mayan culture and Salvadoran craftsmanship.
