Creation #6 can be described in two words: RUM + RAISIN. Our sixth Creation marries Pedro Ximénez casks and Jamaican rum casks with our smoky spirit resulting in flavours of toasted Jamaica ginger cake, Bonfire Toffee, spiced plum jam, Amaretto cherries and Daim bar.

The original Santa Ana liquid has been enriched to better satisfy gin & tonic lovers, with more juniper and dalandan, a Filipino citrus fruit, while retaining its Ylang-Ylang notes. We age this Kentucky straight bourbon in new, charred white oak barrels for seven years and bottle it at barrel strength. Seven just became your lucky number.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course).
