um Cañero Finished Cognac Cask is produced following the centenary recipes from the Dominican rums that the laureate General Máximo Gómez used to relish during his campaigns in the independency war of Cuba merged with the exclusivity double aged system of these rums with Cognac Oak barrels, which provides to CAÑERO a unique personality among worldwide rums. Rum CAÑERO Finished Cognac Cask is the result of a master formula in which participate alcohols aged for more than 10 years in the Caribbean, in Bourbon casks, combined with base rums with at least 7 years of ageing, and other spirits from our cellar. SHANI in Thai means purple, and is also the color of Saturday in Thailand. And it's this color, DEEP PURPLE, that is brought out by the year and a half spent in XEREZ - PEDRO JIMENEZ casks by our 10-year-old rum from Thailand. More than a finishing touch, it's an additional ageing process that brings out all the sweetness and aromas of this magnificent Spanish wine.

Miracielo is produced by hand using the original La Antigua Guatemala recipe from 1953, in small batches.
During the ageing process, fresh plums, sultanas and vanilla are added by hand, macerating and giving it its unique aromatic profile. Symbolising its artisanal, hand-made profile, the leather collar that adorns its neck is also handmade.

Grappa with a refined and assertive aroma and an enchanting flavor, it is harmonious and persistent on the palate. It is obtained through the bain-marie distillation of Amarone pomace (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara) in a discontinuous still, then aged in small 500-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

NAGA SIAM Edition, through its long maturation in wood, develops complex woody aromas, blending sandalwood and roasted scents. This is followed by notes of nuts and caramel. The rum has a smooth and rounded structure, characteristic of NAGA rums. Roasted flavors emerge and support the elegant notes of nuts, vanilla, and tobacco. The finish is long, with the whole experience enhanced by very elegant woodiness.
