From a single cask, distilled in 2016, just 231 bottles have been filled at natural cask strength The Nantou Distillery is a Government owned business (Taiwan Tobacco & Liquor Corporation). While the Nantou distillery is slightly older than the more well known Kavalan distillery, whisky production didn’t start until 2008. Production techniques are modelled after those utilised in Scotland in the 80s. Malted barley is imported from Scotland and ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks are used for the maturation.

Panda is an award-winning premium gin distilled and bottled in Belgium. It is entirely organic and is the first gin in the world to contain lychees. The delicate flavour of the lychee is complemented by other ingredients, including cherry, orange zest, basil, rosemary, Chinese star anise, juniper berries and pure water from the High Fens. The harmony between these ingredients gives Panda gin a subtle yet powerful note with delicate, refined accents.

Handcrafted according to our original, time-honored wheated recipe since 1849, Rebel Single Barrel is aged a full ten years to provide a rich and rebellious flavor. Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin serves the taste of 'a year in every bottle' and perfectly captures a place in time, with four seasons of foraging in wild Wicklow encapsulated in each bottle.
