The aged expression of Topanito is matured for a minimum of six months in barrels made of American white oak. The result is an amazing melange of flavours, enhancing the rough and wild young tequila with the warm smoothness of the wooden ambiance. Notes of earthy and roasted agave meet forest honey, vanilla and oak. Topanito Reposado is a great Tequila to be enjoyed neat or as ingredient for flavorful drinks and cocktails such as the Tommy’s Margarita.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

Sauternes is made from grapes which have undergone ‘noble rot’, causing their moisture to evaporate, hence concentrating the sugars. The sauternes cask brings sweetness and complexity to the mature spirit. Expect fruits like apricots or peaches, you may also find honey or nuts.|TASTING NOTES|• NoseFragrant honeyand summer fruits. Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents. Gun’s Bell reveals powerful and indulgent aromas, releasing an incomparable flow of flavors with both fruity and smoky notes.

Sérum Ancon 10yo is an exceptional blend of rums slowly aged for a minimum of 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels.

This delicious spiced rum has a core of orange, ginger and cacao nibs, along with ingredients too secret to mention! Smoked over a peat fire, it is an intensely smoky experience unlike any other rum in existence. A true reflection of its Islay roots.

Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.
