The sugar cane is chopped and crushed for the cane juice. Sèrum Wet Vintage is distilled from freshly concentrated cane juice to produce a fine aroma of sugar cane and fruits.

Sérum Elixir is a super-premium rum-based spirit. This blend is aged up to 8 years and is flavored by a long, slow maceration of fruit, herbs, and spices.

The Tomatin distillery presents a remarkable edition of its Sherry collection, highlighting the unique influence of Palo Cortado casks on its 15-year-old Single Malt. Distilled in 2008 and carefully aged, this whisky explores the richness and complexity brought by the dry and salty sherry to the Scottish elixir. The rum is aged using the solera process for aging spirits, in which barrels containing older spirits are “topped off” and married with younger spirit from other barrels as the angel’s share takes its toll. Afterwards the rums blended are aged again in Single Malt Scotch Whisky oak barrels for at least 6 months. By the time, the rum is bottled. “Rum Cañero Finnished Malt Scotch Whisky” has been created personally by the great RUM MASTER JUAN ALBERTO ALVAREZ, professional with huge experience on the Rum Art, which has been developed among very well known distilleries throughout all Caribbean.

ABK6 XO Grande Champagne is gold in colour with deep amber highlights, revealing magnificent complexity. The nose opens with a delicate fragrance of sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is elegant on the palate, with a subtle woodiness supported by very silky tannins. The finish reveals the mineral freshness already present on the nose.
