The Tomatin 18 Year Old is a truly world class malt.
Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.

The Matsui The Peated Single Malt is distilled by the Kurayoshi distillery Kurayoshi city Tottori prefecture. Double distilled in pot stills then aged in American oak in the Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment very favorable to a good aging It is then diluted down with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.

Amazonian Gin Company is a premium Distilled Gin made with extraneutral sugar cane spirit, distilled with juniper berries from Macedonia and a careful selection of fresh fruits and botanicals from the Amazon region, harvested by Amazonian farmers.

Produced exclusively from our the exceptional vineyards, olcated in the prestigious Grande Champagne region. The development of this wine is guided by a single obsession: to achieve Single Estate perfection, where strength and subtly combine in this precious wine from a land that nurtures its guardian angels.

To blend this special batch, Francis Abécassis and Frédéric David the Cellar Master, have selected eaux-de-vie renowned for their rich aromas, aged in the estate’s oldest casks. Each sip of this precious cognac reveals harmonious and powerful flavours, symbolised by the strength of the dragon.

The Tomatin distillery presents a remarkable edition of its Sherry collection, highlighting the unique influence of Palo Cortado casks on its 15-year-old Single Malt. Distilled in 2008 and carefully aged, this whisky explores the richness and complexity brought by the dry and salty sherry to the Scottish elixir. The result is a harmonious marriage of deep and elegant flavors that will delight fine spirit enthusiasts. With its notes of ginger root, black tea, and orange zest, this whisky proves to be an excellent companion for rich chocolate desserts.

Porto Ramos Pinto, produced in the heart of the Douro wine region in Portugal, embodies the excellence and tradition of Port wines.
Crafted at Quinta do Bom Retiro, this special category port (LBV and Vintage) still uses ancestral methods of grape treading in traditional lagares.
These techniques allow for optimal extraction of aromas while preserving the integrity of the grapes.
After vinification, the wines are transferred to the historic cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia for careful aging, giving them depth and complexity.
