Creation #6 can be described in two words: RUM + RAISIN. Our sixth Creation marries Pedro Ximénez casks and Jamaican rum casks with our smoky spirit resulting in flavours of toasted Jamaica ginger cake, Bonfire Toffee, spiced plum jam, Amaretto cherries and Daim bar.

Tomatin Legacy is a non-peated scotch with aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit sprinkled with ginger emerge before a light, clean finish.
Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water coming from the mountain and sea water from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berry, bitter orange peel, licorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coast in a bottle.
Rebel Yell was the first American distillery to substitute wheat for rye in 1910 to create a Bourbon with a sweeter palate and notes of vanilla and toffee. Today, Rebel Yell is made under license at Heaven Hill, one of Kentucky's oldest distilleries, still using the original recipe that earned it a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2011.
The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters, with a finish in XO barrels.
Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.
The Tullibardine Sovereign is a Scottish single malt crafted in the Highlands region, renowned for its expertise and the purity of its water. Aged in first-fill bourbon casks, this whisky reveals an aromatic richness combining sweetness and complexity. With its floral notes, creamy chocolate, and subtle hints of vanilla, it will appeal to lovers of elegant and well-balanced whiskies. The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.
