Unchill-filtered, natural colour. Brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site:
• Organic malted barley.
• Brewed with Vercors spring water.
• Distilled at 50°C in a low-pressure still designed by the by the distiller.
• Aged for 3 years in oak barrels in the gentle atmosphere of an old Vercors silkworm nursery.

Bladnoch 14y is the 14 year-old version of the Bladnoch's single cask. It is Non-chill filtered single cask. Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022.
Matured in an ex red wine hogshead for sweet and dry notes.

Nixta is produced at the Destilería y Bodega Abasolo, where we honor the Mexican culture of corn and the ancestral craft of nixtamalization—a 4,000 year old Mesoamerican cooking technique that uncovers the deepest flavors and aromas of maize.
