TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Upon opening, delicious aromas of cooked blackcurrants and blackberry crumble fill the nose, with a slight hint of clove adding a subtle spicy note.
PALATE: The biscuity malt opens up to an explosion of juicy Port flavors, with rich red fruits and warming woody spices that gradually develop.
FINISH: The finish is long and comforting, with notes of chestnuts, candied orange, a slight trace of fennel, and boozy cherries that pleasantly linger.

Longueteau Rhum Edition 125Y
The Longueteau 125-year cuvée before cask aging is composed of 50° agricultural white rum, a blend of 65% red cane and 35% blue cane, with 8 months of resting in stainless steel tanks. This distillate is then transferred to 300-liter cognac casks. These casks were filled in three different years: 2008, 2009, and finally 2010.
Tomatin Five Virtues Water
The concluding installment in the "Five Virtues series" is dedicated to Water, paying homage to the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—integral in crafting the whisky. This edition is a tribute to Tomatin's exclusive spring, the Alt-na-Frith Burn, a constant water source. The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
