The Tullibardine Sovereign is a Scottish single malt crafted in the Highlands region, renowned for its expertise and the purity of its water. Aged in first-fill bourbon casks, this whisky reveals an aromatic richness combining sweetness and complexity. The concluding installment in the "Five Virtues series" is dedicated to Water, paying homage to the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—integral in crafting the whisky. This edition is a tribute to Tomatin's exclusive spring, the Alt-na-Frith Burn, a constant water source. The whisky undergoes maturation, with half in sherry hogheads casks and the remaining half in second-fill bourbon barrels. Limited to just 6,000 bottles, this series is a testament to craftsmanship and nature's influence.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

We age this Kentucky straight bourbon in new, charred white oak barrels for seven years and bottle it at barrel strength. Seven just became your lucky number.
