A blend of some of the finest Islay and Speyside peated malts combined with richer, older GlenAllachie, the Lum Reek 21 years old, voted Worlds Best Blended Malt 2020, was aged in Oloroso, Virgin Oak and Red Wine casks. Non chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at 48% ABV, Billy Walker has recreated the peated whiskies of 100 years ago for the modern-day palate.

PALATE: Tobacco, leather, cedarwood, and waves of peat reek with abundant cocoa, vanilla, honey, and spices.

Elaborated in the heart of Japan by the Kurayoshi distillery, The San-In is a blended whisky that embodies the elegance and subtlety typical of Japanese spirits. Aged in ex-bourbon casks for 3 years, it charms with its balance between freshness and fruity sweetness. This whisky is an invitation to a gustatory journey where vanilla and maple syrup flavors intertwine harmoniously. Its mastered complexity makes it an ideal option to enjoy neat or in a cocktail.
Aged in 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, then for a time in 500-litre Spanish Sherry casks, which give it its hazelnut-brown color.
The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
Aromas of poached pears and traditional rhubarb and custard sweets lead, while on the palate notes of strawberry jam are accompanied by Turkish delight and light butter pastry. The finish is rich with cinnamon spiced red apple.
This whisky was distilled on on 26th March 2010 and aged in a single ex-PX Sherry cask #804032 for 13 years.
