Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.

Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Additionally, the aging warehouses are located at an altitude of 2,300 meters, which intensifies the aging process, thereby developing delicate aromas of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.

In the whisky that made Cu Bocan's name, light smoke intertwines with rich citrus and exotic spices. Subtly smoky, surprisingly sweet, it opens up the world of lightly peated whisky.

This process is an ancestral tradition of the region, and this expertise allows for the creation of a unique and high-quality product that promises a taste of the Charentais sunshine. The concluding installment in the "Five Virtues series" is dedicated to Water, paying homage to the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—integral in crafting the whisky. This edition is a tribute to Tomatin's exclusive spring, the Alt-na-Frith Burn, a constant water source. The whisky undergoes maturation, with half in sherry hogheads casks and the remaining half in second-fill bourbon barrels. Limited to just 6,000 bottles, this series is a testament to craftsmanship and nature's influence.

Unchill-filtered, natural colour. Brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site:

• Brewed with Vercors spring water.
• Distilled at 50°C in a low-pressure still designed by the by the distiller.
• Aged for 3 years in oak barrels in the gentle atmosphere of an old Vercors silkworm nursery.

Cihuatan Indigo 8 Y is a true invitation to travel, a vibrant homage to the culture and heritage of the Mayan civilization of El Salvador.
This unique cuvée owes its name to the indigo color, an essential component of the famous "Mayan blue," a hue found on the frescoes of ancient temples buried in the jungle.
Distilled and aged in the heart of the Cihuatán valley, this rum reveals all the authenticity and richness of an unknown terroir.
Each bottle is adorned with Mayan iconography, bearing witness to the deep history and tradition of this civilization.
