After 10 years in contact with the oak, Armagnac starts to take on the aromas of ageing.

A blend of some of the finest Islay and Speyside peated malts combined with richer, older GlenAllachie, the Lum Reek 21 years old, voted Worlds Best Blended Malt 2020, was aged in Oloroso, Virgin Oak and Red Wine casks. Non chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at 48% ABV, Billy Walker has recreated the peated whiskies of 100 years ago for the modern-day palate.

The aged rum Botran Roaju celebrates the exceptional heritage of the Botran Merino brothers, visionary pioneers who left the fertile lands of Duero in Spain to establish their roots in the heart of Guatemala. This liquid gem embodies the captivating first expression of the Roaju cuvée, a meticulous blend of rums aged in barrels steeped in history. The magic of Botran lies in the expert use of various casks: ex-Bourbon barrels, re-charred Bourbon barrels, ex-Sherry barrels, and ex-Port barrels, following a dynamic aging method. Refined in ex-Spanish wine barrels from Burgos, this rum offers a unique identity, rich in nuances and character.

TASTING NOTES:NOSE: A seductive bouquet that opens with floral and vegetal notes, dominated by the invigorating scent of citrus. The yuzu expresses itself with intensity, accompanied by a hint of orange peel and herbaceous nuances, offering a fresh and vibrant nose.PALATE: On the palate, the gin reveals an immediate freshness, balanced by a silky texture. The citrus fruits, particularly yuzu, blend with subtle peppery notes, while a hint of licorice brings a slight sweetness in the background, enhancing the complexity of this gin.FINISH: Round and smooth, the finish is long and soft. It leaves a silky sensation on the palate, marked by a delicate citrus persistence, offering a beautiful length and a harmonious balance.
