This unique cuvée owes its name to the indigo color, an essential component of the famous "Mayan blue," a hue found on the frescoes of ancient temples buried in the jungle.
Distilled and aged in the heart of the Cihuatán valley, this rum reveals all the authenticity and richness of an unknown terroir.

The Merlet Crème de Mûre combines two varieties of blackberries, with a touch of other red fruits, which complement each other and bring richness and complexity. The Merlet family sources their fruits from partner producers to ensure consistent quality.

The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. The result is a remarkably refined liqueur that is both fruity and slightly sweet. It is best enjoyed chilled, on ice, and its richness also lends itself to coffee and cocktails. Sortilège is crafted from an original recipe by the descendants of Quebec's first settlers, who brought the whisky-making techniques of the New World and added a local native ingredient, maple syrup, to create a truly unique spirit.

Aged in sherry casks for over 3 years. The nose expresses notes of ripe fruits and chocolate. The palate mirrors the nose with additional notes of citrus and lemongrass. Sweetness and acidity are elegantly balanced. The light finish evokes the pure spring water of Tottori used during distillation.
