This blend results from the harmonious combination of four whiskies carefully aged in bourbon casks. Cihuatan Xaman, originating from El Paisnal, San Salvador, El Salvador, is a 16-year-old rum with 40% Alc./Vol., aged for 15 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then finished for 1 year in Mayan ceiba casks. At the heart of every bottle of Cihuatán Xaman lies the Sleeping Woman, a Mayan goddess and guardian of the Cihuatán valley. Legend has it that, under the veil of the night, the Sleeping Woman would search for the brightest star in the sky. It was Xaman, the god of the North Star.

Etsu Ocean is a limited edition distilled with water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean.

This Japanese gin has undergone a maceration process with botanicals such as juniper berries, bitter orange zest, licorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin.

ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were use. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

Finished in Californian red wine and ex bourbon casks, Bladnoch Samsara Single Malt is luscious, full bodied and fragrant, with a rich, lingering core.

Génépi liqueur 1821 is one of Dolin’s flagship products. This famous plant, emblematic of the Alps, grows above 1800 meters in altitude, among rocks and snowfields. Based on an original recipe written 200 years ago, our liqueur combines floral and herbal flavors with the elegant character of a premium spirit. The sprig of génépi slipped into the bottle slowly infuses the golden-green liquid, releasing its aromas—an herbalist’s secret that enhances its character and makes it an exceptional mountain spirit.

The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Aging: Two years minimum. In toasted 400 l (88 imperial gallon) oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
