This late-night expression is rich and autumnal, developed and amplified to unexpected heights, while staying perfectly balanced and closely tied to the bright and fruity character of the Distillery.

Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey is a 93-proof whiskey distilled, aaged and bottled entirely by Uncle Nearest. Each batch is hand-selected by our founders and currated by 5th generation Nearest Green descendant and our Master Distiller, Victoria Eady Butler, who was named Master Blender of the Year by Whiskey Magazine, The Spirits Business and Vinepair in 2021.

Grappa with a refined and assertive aroma and an enchanting flavor, it is harmonious and persistent on the palate. It is obtained through the bain-marie distillation of Amarone pomace (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara) in a discontinuous still, then aged in small 500-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

Etsu Double Orange has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as orange zest, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica and coriander. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh mountain spring water added, giving this gin its fresh taste

Single Cask distilled in 2012 and bottled at 55.9% in 2023, for Premium Spirits only.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). Canadian rye whisky and spring water from Quebec's Far North, with notes of caramel and vanilla. This whisky is bold and authentic, in the image of the Canadian pioneers who set out to conquer the North, to whom this Rye lueurs pays tribute. The Wild North is a blend of 5-, 7- and 11-year-old whiskies aged in Montreal, partly in American bourbon casks and partly in French oak.
