L'Absinthe Verte NV is a modern absinthe that draws inspiration from traditional French recipes while adding a touch of contemporary boldness.
Created by George Rowley in 2008, this absinthe takes its inspiration from research conducted at the Schimmel Library, the oldest herbalist library in Europe.
While the classic absinthe ingredients, such as grand wormwood, fennel, and star anise, are well represented, more innovative elements like natural vanilla from Madagascar and cocoa beans add a unique sweetness and complexity.
