Xila Extra Spicy is a Mexican liqueur produced in an artisanal manner, crafted from young espadin mezcal and infused with a blend of 7 Mexican chilies, ataulfo mango, tamarind, and orange peel, sweetened with piloncillo. After three years in American virgin oak, it’s further aged in mezcal and tequila casks, finishing with a bold stout cask maturation from renowned Danish breweries 'To Øl' and Fanø Bryghus. The result is a deep, intense whisky with notes of grain, cinnamon, cocoa, and tobacco, balanced with dark chocolate, vanilla, roasted nuts, chili, and dark beer.
