Experience Dirty Bastard, an intense extension of our popular Bastard whisky. This edition is triple-matured for a unique, complex flavour profile. After three years in American virgin oak, it’s further aged in mezcal and tequila casks, finishing with a bold stout cask maturation from renowned Danish breweries 'To Øl' and Fanø Bryghus. The result is a deep, intense whisky with notes of grain, cinnamon, cocoa, and tobacco, balanced with dark chocolate, vanilla, roasted nuts, chili, and dark beer.

Stauning Bastard a rye whisky made purely of local ingredients, malted on the floor at our distillery and double-distilled in flame-heated pot stills. After at least three years in new, toasted virgin American oak casks, it has been rounded off with at least 6-months ageing in old mezcal casks from Mexican Oro de Oaxaca. The result is an elegant love child whose equal you won't find anywhere else in this world.
