The Matsui The Peated Single Malt is distilled by the Kurayoshi distillery Kurayoshi city Tottori prefecture. Double distilled in pot stills then aged in American oak in the Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment very favorable to a good aging It is then diluted down with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.
Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water coming from the mountain and sea water from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berry, bitter orange peel, licorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coast in a bottle.
