TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: An inviting bouquet of delicately spiced fruitcake, enriched by notes of vanilla custard. The richness of earthy wood is perfectly balanced by the liveliness of pineapple.
PALATE: The initial taste reveals crunchy green apples, enhanced by hints of creamy dark chocolate. Tangy citrus peels add a lovely complexity, while seasoned oak provides a comforting depth.
FINISH: A medium but lingering finish that leaves a memorable and subtle taste, inviting another sip.

It contains a delicious extra-aged rum, the result of column still distillation, followed by 15 to 17 years of aging in oak barrels, and finally filtered over quartz.
