Saigon Baigur Premium Dry Gin is an exceptional gin that embodies the exotic spirit of Vietnam. Crafted with care in District 9 of Ho Chi Minh City, it is the first gin produced in this country and is distinguished by the use of unique local botanicals. Among them, black cardamom from the northern jungles, rare Buddha's Hand citrus from Hanoi, Saigon cinnamon from the central highlands, and lotus flower from the Mekong Delta. With the addition of Macedonian juniper berries and other carefully selected botanicals, this gin delivers a rich and refreshing aromatic palette, perfect for fine spirits enthusiasts.

Aromas of mulled wine and dark chocolate lead, while on the palate there are notes of spiced mead with cranberry and an underlying fresh citrus in the form of grapefruit. Light tannin and sugared almonds linger on the finish.

Grappa made from a single grape variety with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense, dry flavor. It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 225-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

The Crème de Pêche de Vigne Merlet is made from this very particular variety, once cultivated along the vineyards, small in size and with red and white flesh.

Tullibardine Sauternes is a wonderfully rich whisky, aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and matured in 225-litre Sauternes barrels.

The Lossit Classic is a whisky revisited by The Lost Distillery Company. This brand is dedicated to recreating the flavor profiles of Scotland's lost distilleries, and Lossit is one of its jewels. At its peak, Lossit was one of the most productive distilleries on Islay, surpassing even legends such as Lagavulin or Bowmore. Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.
