Many years ago, they filled new make Finlaggan into Rioja Red Wine Hogsheads. Coming from the Rioja region within the Basque country of Spain, these Hogsheads have given the signature heavily peated Finlaggan an extra layer of rich mouth coating red berried fruit flavours. The result is a truly mouthwatering sweet and smoky dram to savour. The extrac-tion from the oak casks has given this whisky a beautifully rich natural coppery rose gold colour.

The White Heather 15 years is a blend crafted by Billy Walker. This whisky brings together a meticulous combination of malt and grain whiskies from the Highlands, Islay, and Speyside regions. Following an initial long aging in American and Spanish oak casks, it underwent additional maturation in Pedro Ximenez Puncheon casks, new virgin American oak barrels, and ex-Oloroso Sherry puncheons, imparting unparalleled complexity and depth to this blend.

The GlenAllachie 12 years is an unpeated Speyside single malt, emblematic of the distillery, which perfectly illustrates GlenAllachie's independent and meticulous approach.
This whisky embodies the house's philosophy: exceptional casks are essential to create a whisky of superior quality.
With complex but balanced flavors of sweet spices, roasted coffee, baked apples, and cocoa powder, this rich and structured whisky will appeal to the most demanding connoisseurs.

Cognac & coffee liqueur calls on Merlet’s expertise as both distillers and liqueur-makers, and showcases two after-dinner classics. Merlet partnered with Merling, a local coffee roaster from La Rochelle to select the origin and variety of the coffee (Brazilian Arabica) but also to work directly with freshly roasted coffee.

Aromas of panettone and candied lime lead, while flavours of white chocolate, lemon truffles and hazelnut balance perfectly on the palate. Sweet citrus returns on the finish with blood orange accompanied by notes of toasted oak.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.

The Cu bocan Creation #2 has matured in Japanese Schochu and Européan virgin oak cask Tasting notes Rich and lively with hnts of smoke and key lime pie.
