NOTES DE DÉGUSTATION :
NEZ : The first encounter with Nordés Gin is intensely aromatic. Subtle floral notes intertwine with balsamic aromas dominated by eucalyptus and bay leaf. The bouquet is also enhanced by hints of fresh mint and white fruits, creating a balanced and refreshing nose.
BOUCHE : On the palate, this gin reveals an elegant and unique combination of botanicals. The flavors of mint and eucalyptus are immediately noticeable, followed by sage and verbena, which bring a herbal and lemony touch. The sweetness of Albariño grapes stands out, offering a lovely roundness and a velvety texture.
FINALE : The finish is long and lingering, with a floral sweetness that blossoms, while the minty taste and subtle grape notes endure. The finish leaves a fresh sensation on the palate, evoking the invigorating sea air of the Atlantic.

Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.
