A true flagship of the Foursquare distillery: Doorly's XO Gold is an exceptional rum, aged between six and twelve years in bourbon casks and then finished for several months in Oloroso sherry casks.

This double aging process gives this rum remarkable complexity and depth, appealing to both whiskey and cognac enthusiasts.

Specially selected by Billy Walker, Limited Release (2,000 cases), Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels withsecondary maturation in Douro Valleybarriques, Matured in Speyside, Non-chill filtered and no added colouring.Located in the heart of Portugal, the Douro Valley is one of the world’s oldest protected wine regions, established in 1756. With the country’s highest wine classification as a Denominação de Origem Controlada (DOC), this historic region is a significant producer of robust, characterful red wines.Factors such as the oak species, level of toasting, and coopering of the cask each leave a unique mark on the slumbering spirit.

After 10 years in contact with the oak, Armagnac starts to take on the aromas of ageing.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. La Fabrique de l'Arrangé N°05 is an arranged rum produced in Île-de-France by Tricoche Spirits. In this recipe made with AOC Martinique agricultural rum, the roundness of Kent mango and the sweetness of dried apricot are enhanced by a hint of thyme flower.
