Cihuatan Xaman, originating from El Paisnal, San Salvador, El Salvador, is a 16-year-old rum with 40% Alc./Vol., aged for 15 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then finished for 1 year in Mayan ceiba casks. At the heart of every bottle of Cihuatán Xaman lies the Sleeping Woman, a Mayan goddess and guardian of the Cihuatán valley. Legend has it that, under the veil of the night, the Sleeping Woman would search for the brightest star in the sky. It was Xaman, the god of the North Star.

The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. The result is a remarkably refined liqueur that is both fruity and slightly sweet. It is best enjoyed chilled, on ice, and its richness also lends itself to coffee and cocktails. um Cañero Finished Cognac Cask is produced following the centenary recipes from the Dominican rums that the laureate General Máximo Gómez used to relish during his campaigns in the independency war of Cuba merged with the exclusivity double aged system of these rums with Cognac Oak barrels, which provides to CAÑERO a unique personality among worldwide rums. Rum CAÑERO Finished Cognac Cask is the result of a master formula in which participate alcohols aged for more than 10 years in the Caribbean, in Bourbon casks, combined with base rums with at least 7 years of ageing, and other spirits from our cellar. Unchill-filtered, natural colour. Brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site:
• Organic malted barley.
• Brewed with Vercors spring water.
• Distilled at 50°C in a low-pressure still designed by the by the distiller.
• Aged for 3 years in oak barrels in the gentle atmosphere of an old Vercors silkworm nursery.

Kyloe is blended using the finest malt and grain whisky, at a high ratio of malt to grain, and bottled at a hearty 50% abv, without the use of chill filtration, to offer a bold, authentic and powerful sensory experience.

The Longueteau 130 white rum celebrates the 130th anniversary of the oldest distillery in Guadeloupe, crafted exclusively from R-579 red cane from the 2023 and 2024 harvests. Each vintage rests in stainless-steel tanks (two years for 2023, one year for 2024), then is bottled at 58.7% without chill-filtration. This technical and transparent rum reveals all the finesse of the terroir, with a hint of purely vegetal aromatic intensity. A precise choice for discerning enthusiasts.
