Génépi liqueur 1821 is one of Dolin’s flagship products. This famous plant, emblematic of the Alps, grows above 1800 meters in altitude, among rocks and snowfields. Based on an original recipe written 200 years ago, our liqueur combines floral and herbal flavors with the elegant character of a premium spirit. The sprig of génépi slipped into the bottle slowly infuses the golden-green liquid, releasing its aromas—an herbalist’s secret that enhances its character and makes it an exceptional mountain spirit.

Karakoli, an aged rum from the Baie des Trésors collection, draws its distinctive character from the dry plots of Spoutourne, located at the tip of the Caravelle peninsula in Martinique. These lands, scarcely exposed to tropical rains, offer ideal conditions for growing cane that is concentrated in aroma and intensity. This very scarcity of water gives Karakoli its unique aromatic richness and structure, highlighting the power of an arid terroir. The 2020 vintage of Karakoli benefited from aging in American oak barrels, a method that enhances round, lightly vanilla notes while preserving the wild and robust soul of the cane. Distilled in Sainte-Marie, on the lands of Capesterre Belle-Eau, this cuvée reflects the ancestral expertise of the Longueteau house. Blending tradition and modernity, this rum is a true ode to creativity and Guadeloupean heritage. The bottle, adorned with a work by Shuck One, celebrates the tropical forest of Basse-Terre and the island's cultural roots.

Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

Produced in the heart of Reunion Island, this traditional old rum is blended from a dozen oak casks of a dozen oak barrels from the Limousin and Allier regions. This union balance between the strength of cellar ageing and the explosion of noble aromas released released after 5 years in casks. The result is a rum with exotic notes, roundness and intoxicating length.
