Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Additionally, the aging warehouses are located at an altitude of 2,300 meters, which intensifies the aging process, thereby developing delicate aromas of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.
TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Warm and elegant, it expresses itself distinctively with notes of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.
PALATE: Tannic and woody palate, with hints of flambéed banana and a long, persistent finish.
FINISH: Long and persistent. Very aromatic until the end.

Monymusk Plantation Special Reserve is a blend of premium rums selected from burnt American oak casks in which the rums have been aged to perfection for at least 10 years.
This deliciously fruity whisky enjoyed initial maturation in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels for over 8 years. Adding further complexity, the spirit was then transferred into specially elected Moscatel casks for a finishing period of over 42 months. A particularly aromatic dessert wine produced in Portugal, these Moscatel barriques offer up floral aromas, coupled with a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Delivering distinctive notes of tart fruit and rich toffee, this bronzed malt is one to be savoured.
Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.
Crafted with water drawn from the Pacific Ocean, this gin is defined by its subtle minerality, zesty freshness, and delicate balance between citrus and Japanese botanicals. It pays tribute to the vastness and purity of the ocean, deliveribg an elegant and refreshing tasting experience.
