This 7-year-old Irish Single Malt whiskey from Glendalough in Wicklow was matured in American Bourbon barrels and finished in Japanese Mizunara barrels from Hokkaido, in the volcanic north of Japan. The Mizunara barrels were custom-made for this project by skilled coopers in Japan. The exceptional combination of Irish whiskey in Japanese wood barrels makes it a very interesting whiskey.

Rumbullion! Navy Strength is made using a secret recipe with a Caribbean rum at its spicy core. Expect big spicy flavours of cardamom, clove and vanilla in this legendary spiced rum.

The Galerie Cuvée - Schuck One embodies the collaboration between the Longueteau distillery from Guadeloupe and urban artist Shuck One. A piece of the Galerie collection, this art and terroir rum combines the excellence of agricultural rum with contemporary artistic expression. Distilled in Sainte-Marie, on the lands of Capesterre Belle-Eau, this cuvée reflects the ancestral expertise of the Longueteau house. Blending tradition and modernity, this rum is a true ode to creativity and Guadeloupean heritage. The bottle, adorned with a work by Shuck One, celebrates the tropical forest of Basse-Terre and the island's cultural roots.

Many years ago, they filled new make Finlaggan into Rioja Red Wine Hogsheads. Coming from the Rioja region within the Basque country of Spain, these Hogsheads have given the signature heavily peated Finlaggan an extra layer of rich mouth coating red berried fruit flavours. The result is a truly mouthwatering sweet and smoky dram to savour. The extrac-tion from the oak casks has given this whisky a beautifully rich natural coppery rose gold colour.

KOVAL Dry Gin is made with a unique variety of woodland spices. Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry—yet vibrant. The round, floral body is clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper.
