GlenAllachie 2009 Single Cask is from Grattomacco Tuscan Red cask number 5015, distilled on 16 October 2019 and bottled in September 2022, producing 318 bottles.

Creation #6 can be described in two words: RUM + RAISIN. Our sixth Creation marries Pedro Ximénez casks and Jamaican rum casks with our smoky spirit resulting in flavours of toasted Jamaica ginger cake, Bonfire Toffee, spiced plum jam, Amaretto cherries and Daim bar.

This Limited – Last Casks – Edition is crafted from the sole remaining lot blended in 1998, comprising rums distilled on the Diamond Coffey Still, and rum that was once produced on the since-discontinued Tri-Canada Redistillation Still. This Rum was artfully crafted by the Master Distiller George Robinson and aged for 24 years in the Barrel warehouse in Guyana.

Crafted from a recipe dating back to 1849, it stands out for its use of wheat instead of rye, offering a softer and more refined flavor profile. This bourbon, both powerful and balanced, combines rich and complex flavors with a silky texture on the palate. Crowned with a double gold medal at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Rebel Yell is a true tribute to bourbon craftsmanship.

Grappa made from a single grape variety with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense, dry flavor. It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 225-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.
