The bottle, adorned with a work by Shuck One, celebrates the tropical forest of Basse-Terre and the island's cultural roots.
TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: A gourmet and refined bouquet, dominated by pastry aromas of fresh butter. Subtle citrus nuances add a delicate liveliness, while a light vanilla and woody background hints at aging in cognac barrels.
PALATE: The attack is smooth and creamy, revealing flavors of delicate caramel and candied fruits (apricots, raisins). The complexity deepens with roasted and spicy notes, while maintaining a beautiful harmony. The silky and enveloping texture leaves an impression of elegant roundness.
FINISH: Long and precise, it expresses itself with aromas of brown sugar, licorice, and a hint of anise. A delicately spiced touch prolongs the pleasure on the palate.
