Chopin Rye Organic is made from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from a single local farm near our distillery. It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.

Many years ago, they filled new make Finlaggan into Rioja Red Wine Hogsheads. Coming from the Rioja region within the Basque country of Spain, these Hogsheads have given the signature heavily peated Finlaggan an extra layer of rich mouth coating red berried fruit flavours. The result is a truly mouthwatering sweet and smoky dram to savour. The extrac-tion from the oak casks has given this whisky a beautifully rich natural coppery rose gold colour.

The Finlaggan Sherry Finished is an iconic peated single malt, distilled on the legendary island of Islay. This whisky stands out for its double maturation: first aged in traditional casks, it gains additional depth through a sherry cask finish. Generous Gin ‘Purple’ is a real innovation in the gin world! Much more than a color, Generous Gin ‘Purple’ is the first gin to contain polyphenols and grape anthocyanins. Polyphenols are the molecules that make up the tannins in wine, anthocyanins bring the texture and color of red wine; they are also known for being antioxidants.The delicate blend of Generous Gin imparts a smooth and dry texture combined with the freshness of the pink grapefruit flavour for this seductive gin.

In 2008, Alexander Stein founded the Black Forest distillery with the intention of producing the best gin in the world. This gin is made up of 47 ingredients (cassia, hibiscus, sweet flag, jasmine, bee balm, cranberry, pomelo, verbena, elderflower, spruce...). Named Monkey 47 in tribute to British Commander Montgomery, who himself produced gin in the Black Forest in the 1950s, it is crafted in micro-batches (1,250 liters) and distilled in small steam-heated stills. Batch after batch, Alexander Stein writes the story of his gin with incredible talent and boundless inspiration, drawing from the very depths of the Black Forest.
