Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. And it's this color, DEEP PURPLE, that is brought out by the year and a half spent in XEREZ - PEDRO JIMENEZ casks by our 10-year-old rum from Thailand. More than a finishing touch, it's an additional ageing process that brings out all the sweetness and aromas of this magnificent Spanish wine.

Don Papa Gayuma, which means "love potion" in Tagalog, is a unique cuvée that pays tribute to the traditions of the shamans of Negros Island, in the Philippines. Pusser's Select Aged 151, or Overproof, is produced at "cask strength," as it was shipped to the Royal Navy victualling yards in Deptford, Gosport, and Devonport for blending and dilution "to Proof."
