The aged rum Botran Roaju celebrates the exceptional heritage of the Botran Merino brothers, visionary pioneers who left the fertile lands of Duero in Spain to establish their roots in the heart of Guatemala. This liquid gem embodies the captivating first expression of the Roaju cuvée, a meticulous blend of rums aged in barrels steeped in history. The magic of Botran lies in the expert use of various casks: ex-Bourbon barrels, re-charred Bourbon barrels, ex-Sherry barrels, and ex-Port barrels, following a dynamic aging method. Refined in ex-Spanish wine barrels from Burgos, this rum offers a unique identity, rich in nuances and character.

Unchill-filtered, natural colour. Brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site:
• Organic malted barley.
• Brewed with Vercors spring water.
• Distilled at 50°C in a low-pressure still designed by the by the distiller.
• Aged for 3 years in oak barrels in the gentle atmosphere of an old Vercors silkworm nursery.

Made from a blend of rums from Jamaica sourced from two different distilleries (Clarendon & Worthy Park), this blend highlights Pot Still rums, so representative of the Jamaican style. It is bottled at 57%, a tribute to the Royal British Navy. Only spirits with a minimum level of 57% were allowed on board their ships.

Produced in the heart of the Tottori region, in western Japan, the San-In Blended Whisky is a creation of the Kurayoshi distillery. Its soft and smooth character is explained by the use of pure spring water from Mount Daisen, renowned for the quality of its natural resources. This light and refreshing Japanese whisky, awarded numerous international distinctions, is ideal for enthusiasts seeking new flavors or for a first foray into the world of Japanese whiskies. With its subtle balance and aromatic finesse, it belongs to the tradition of Japanese whiskies that combine artisanal expertise and respect for nature.

The Tomatin 12 Year Old is smooth and silky, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. A rich, fruity aroma is the prelude to sweet flavours of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nut before the long, pleasantly oily finish.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.

Created specifically for the French market, Flotilla is the expression most representative of the style and special location of the Pulteney distillery on the north side of the Highlands. Aged in bourbon casks, this 2012 version expresses a maritime, iodized and salty character, while developing gourmet notes of green apple, lemon zest, toffee and vanilla, enhanced by salty aromas. Fresh, fruity and iodized.
