100% rye aged in former maple syrup barrels Crafted with the same unique mash bill of 100% organic rye grain as the classic KOVAL Rye, this limited-edition expression spent time aging in maple syrup casks for an extra touch of sweetness and appealing depth of flavor. Enticing notes of cinnamon spice, tart cherry, and molasses delight the senses, while a long creamy chai tea finish rounds out the drinking experience. Inspired by the spectacularly rugged coastline on which our distillery sits on the Isle of Skye, we tame heavily peated grains to produce an elegantly rugged dram that balances strength with refinement to accentuate the floral, fragrant character of our whisky. Cnoc Na Mòine is aged in Bourbon, American Oak Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez Casks. The sherry casks in this new release lend a sweeter, richer flavour and a darker colour The name Cnoc Na Mòine translates as ‘hill of peat’ and is geographically located in Knoydart, which can be seen across the Sound of Sleat from the distillery.

KOVAL Four Grain is distilled from a mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat. This whiskey is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled single barrel at 47%, using state-of-the-art technologies to achieve precise consistency and quality.

Produced in the Dominican Republic, Matusalem Gran Reserva is a Cuban-style premium. Aged in a solera system, it remained in barrels for about fifteen years. Sweet and spicy at the same time, it is marked by notes of zest of oranges, banana, vanilla and cinnamon. Little sweet compared to many other current rums, it remains light and easy to drink.
