TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: The nose is soft with aromas of vanilla and cocoa butter, enhanced by nuances of white chocolate and allspice. All is perfectly wrapped in toasted oak notes that provide excellent structure.
PALATE: The palate is indulgent and well-balanced, dominated by notes of pear, allspice, and creamy chocolate. The rich malt forms the heart of the tasting, supported by smooth touches of maple syrup that add depth and creaminess.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.

Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.
