The Tomatin 18 Year Old is a truly world class malt.
Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.

Tomatin Legacy is a non-peated scotch with aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit sprinkled with ginger emerge before a light, clean finish.

Matured for 15 years, this is our most balanced and smooth single malt. Balancing two different sides of the flavour spectrum, this single malt marries these perfectly, whilst also reflecting our coastal home and its unwavering influence. On one hand, this is an intense single malt, yet at the same time, it is truly balanced. Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. Crafted with passion by Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez, two iconic figures in the world of spirits, this rum offers an elegant and refined tasting experience.

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. Mermaid Zest Gin won a Double Gold Medal as well as the Best in Class award in the flavoured gins category at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025 (SFWSC)
