HEE JOY JAMAICA 2008 celebrates the magnificent terroir of Jamaica. This exceptional rum comes from a long fermentation and is entirely distilled in pot stills. It is then aged in bourbon casks for 10 years, reduced, and bottled in our cellars in Chevanceaux, in the Cognac region. A remarkable signature of the greatest Jamaican rum masters, enhanced by the expertise of Hedonits Spirits.

The Longueteau 125-year cuvée before cask aging is composed of 50° agricultural white rum, a blend of 65% red cane and 35% blue cane, with 8 months of resting in stainless steel tanks. This distillate is then transferred to 300-liter cognac casks. These casks were filled in three different years: 2008, 2009, and finally 2010.

Uncle Nearest 1856 is a blend of our premium aged whiskey. It has a caramel color with a beautiful deep golden hue. On the nose, baled hay and pumpkin seeds with subtle notes of ripe stone fruit and caramel corn. Bold and spicy upfront then mellows with sweet caramel and maple, like biting into an oatmeal raisin cookie. The finish is long and rich. It lingers pleasantly sweet on the palate with notes of vanilla after the spice dissipates.

Distilled in Martinique, it is renowned for its freshness, distinct character, and great versatility. Elaborated in the heart of Japan by the Kurayoshi distillery, The San-In is a blended whisky that embodies the elegance and subtlety typical of Japanese spirits. Aged in ex-bourbon casks for 3 years, it charms with its balance between freshness and fruity sweetness. A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight Bourbon embodies the authenticity and history of Kentucky bourbon.
