Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else.

The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

Crafted with precision, the 3-5 year rare dark rum blend speaks the truth as a Caribbean rum, remaining uncompromised. With no added sugars, caramel, or colorants, and no cold filtration, it stands as a gluten-free choice. In listing its origins as Ports of Call, it proudly showcases transparency and authenticity.

This late-night expression is rich and autumnal, developed and amplified to unexpected heights, while staying perfectly balanced and closely tied to the bright and fruity character of the Distillery.

The Mermaid Pink Gin offers a both smooth and complex experience, thanks to a refreshing aromatic infusion of Mermaid Gin and the natural sweetness of strawberries from the Isle of Wight. Its pink hue evokes a contemporary elegance that enchants as much with its style as with its unique flavors. This gin is a perfect balance between fruity notes and spicy touches, all wrapped in a maritime freshness. Ideal for sophisticated tasting moments, this gin stands out with its vibrant personality and complexity. A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. The result is a remarkably refined liqueur that is both fruity and slightly sweet. It is best enjoyed chilled, on ice, and its richness also lends itself to coffee and cocktails.
