Penderyn Legend constitutes the ideal introduction to the first Welsh whisky distillery. Fully matured in bourbon casks, this single malt spent a few additional months in Madeira casks, giving it sweet and fruity notes. The red dragon, featured in many folk tales, also appears on the national flag of Wales. Nestled near the Brecon Beacons National Park, Penderyn's single malts derive their gentle and subtle character from the combination of a unique distillation technique using bespoke Faraday stills and a distinctive maturation art, the result of Dr. Jim Swan’s expertise and carried on since 2018 by master distiller Aista Phillips.

Doorly's 14 Year Old is an exceptional rum from the renowned Foursquare distillery located on the sunny beaches of Barbados. Carefully aged in Bourbon and Madeira casks, this rum embodies the perfect balance between refinement and aromatic intensity. Each sip transports you to the paradisiacal universe of Barbados, where rum-making tradition is a true passion.

The rum is aged using the solera process for aging spirits, in which barrels containing older spirits are “topped off” and married with younger spirit from other barrels as the angel’s share takes its toll. Afterwards the rums blended are aged again in Single Malt Scotch Whisky oak barrels for at least 6 months. By the time, the rum is bottled. “Rum Cañero Finnished Malt Scotch Whisky” has been created personally by the great RUM MASTER JUAN ALBERTO ALVAREZ, professional with huge experience on the Rum Art, which has been developed among very well known distilleries throughout all Caribbean.

The Penderyn distillery produces award-winning single malt whiskies and spirits at the foot of the magnificent Brecon Beacons in South Wales. Madeira Penderyn is aged in old bourbon casks and then in old Madeira wine casks to give it all its character.

Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.

Created specifically for the French market, Flotilla is the expression most representative of the style and special location of the Pulteney distillery on the north side of the Highlands. Aged in bourbon casks, this 2012 version expresses a maritime, iodized and salty character, while developing gourmet notes of green apple, lemon zest, toffee and vanilla, enhanced by salty aromas. Fresh, fruity and iodized.

Savanna Origine 1870 is a true ode to the history of the Savanna distillery, founded in 1870 on the island of Réunion.
Imagined by the cellar master and master blender Thierry Grondin, this cuvée is a meticulous blend of six molasses rums, aged between 10 and 16 years in cognac and port barrels.
Limited to only 1200 carafes, this masterpiece celebrates the heritage and unique know-how of Savanna.

Amber color with golden reflections, brilliant.
The classic expression of an 18-year-old Armagnac in this multifaceted nose. The aging process brings spices and rancio (walnut, undergrowth, honey, toasted bread). The initial fruitiness has evolved into prunes and fig jam. All of this creates a complex nose that evolves with aeration.
The present tannins remain round and well-integrated. The palate is rich, even opulent. This provides a natural sweetness around fruity aromas of citrus, honey, and jams.
