Another brand new label with our first Teerenpeli release! Family owned Teerenpeli Distillery was established 2002 in Lahti, Finland. Today the distillery is the biggest distillery in Finland specialized in producing single malt whiskies. A 5 Year Old, bottled at 47.6% abv.
Our Teerenpeli is a 5 Year Old single malt with full maturation in a Spanish ex-Oloroso Sherry cask which really does bring out those darker flavours. Casks are matured in 40 foot ex-reefer sea containers, which sit outside the distillery, with no heating or cooling. Outside temperatures vary wildly throughout the year, from -35C° to +30C°.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE Rich and fruity with distinct nuttiness. Fruit cake with candied fruits. Hints of burnt sugar, cinnamon and liquorice.
PALATE Sweet and fruity: Chinese peach apricot, grape juice, with some vanilla sponge cake too.

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. A refreshing and invigorating serve for free spirits.
Dupont Calvados VSOP Vieille Réserve
The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Eagle Rare 10Y
Eagle Rare Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than ten years. Nordés Gin
Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. La Fabrique de l'Arrangé N°05 is an arranged rum produced in Île-de-France by Tricoche Spirits. In this recipe made with AOC Martinique agricultural rum, the roundness of Kent mango and the sweetness of dried apricot are enhanced by a hint of thyme flower.
