Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. This deliciously fruity whisky enjoyed initial maturation in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels for over 8 years. Adding further complexity, the spirit was then transferred into specially elected Moscatel casks for a finishing period of over 42 months. A particularly aromatic dessert wine produced in Portugal, these Moscatel barriques offer up floral aromas, coupled with a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Delivering distinctive notes of tart fruit and rich toffee, this bronzed malt is one to be savoured.

Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is created in tribute to the mighty buffalo and the rugged, independent and free spirit of the pioneers who followed them.

Made from the finest corn, rye, and barley malt, Buffalo Trace bourbon ages in new oak barrels for years in century old warehouses until the peak of maturity.

This mahogany malt obtains its spicy, treacly flavours from maturation in hogsheads made of Spanish Oak (Quercus Robur). This particular wood was sourced from the regions of Galicia and Asturias, specifically from the forests of the Cantabrian Mountains, which have a cool, humid climate. The oak was air dried for around 18 months and then toasted and charred to a medium level, opening up the oak to allow our complex spirit to extract its cask character. The secondary ageing in these virgin casks deepened the mahogany hue of the whisky and created a palate rich with dried fruits, maraschino cherries and hints of stem ginger.

The GlenAllachie Wine Cask Finish series is a tribute to the art of aging and the expertise of master blender Billy Walker. For this 2023 edition, the whisky, first matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, underwent a second aging in meticulously selected European wine barrels. This special edition, named "The Cuvée Wine Cask Finish," is an elegant and complex blend of four finishes from prestigious wine regions: the French AOCs of Languedoc and Médoc, as well as the Italian Grattamacco and Recioto della Valpolicella barrels. This rare single malt offers a unique aromatic richness, combining red fruits, delicate spices, and bursts of citrus for a sensory experience full of character.

Each striving to better the last, Batch 10 is a true illustration of the artistry and expertise that creates every drop of our liquid gold. To deliver our classically Sherried profile, Billy hand-selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks to be married with spirit maturing in red wine barriques and medium toast/medium char American virgin oak barrels. The result is a well-balanced, yet complex malt with distinctive notes of dark fruits and layers of warming sweet spice.

The auburn hue of this whisky comes directly from its passage through the 228-liter barrels that formerly housed the Pinot Noir from Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.

The Meikle Tòir – The Chinquapin One is a peated single malt, carefully crafted and refined in virgin Chinquapin oak casks sourced from the Northern Ozarks, USA. This whisky delivers notes of soft spices and roasted nuts, harmoniously combined with a gentler peaty smoke, derived from the St. Fergus mainland peat. With an extended fermentation of 160 hours and a smoke profile measured at 35 PPM, this single malt reveals a complexity that perfectly complements maturation in virgin oak casks.
