Rested in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, this Blanco tequila reaches the pinnacle of its purity and potency, bottled at 55%, the maximum allowed by the Tequila Regulatory Council. Using only the highest quality 12 year old malt and grain whiskies from select distilleries in Scotland, and matured in the finest sherry and bourbon casks, Black Bull 12 is blended to a formula of 50% malt to 50% grain whisky, and bottled at 50% abv (100 US proof), for a full-on flavour experience which will rampage all over your senses. This robust but versatile blend can be served neat, with water, or as a component of cocktails.

With Penultimus, Foursquare closes the Exceptional Cask Selection series, faithful to the precision and transparency that have made the distillery's reputation. This rum is crafted from a blend of distillates from pot and column stills, aged in Barbados, without additives, colorants, or chill filtration. For this edition, Richard Seale combined bourbon and Moscatel casks. The influence of the Moscatel brings an aromatic depth without making the rum too sweet or too heavy. The whole remains balanced and highlights the rum itself, rather than an excessive influence of the cask.

Inspired by the Old Pulteney 1989, Huddart is matured in American oak exbourbon barrels, before being finished in ex-peated malt casks.
