Sortilège is a unique blend of Canadian whisky and maple syrup. Created from the richness and authenticity of the Quebec countryside, this liqueur strikes the perfect balance between the heady strength of Canadian whisky and the distinctive flavour ofmaple syrup, resulting in a remarkably fine liqueur.

Tomatin Legacy is a non-peated scotch with aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit sprinkled with ginger emerge before a light, clean finish.

Guided by Master Distiller Billy Walker, our team is on a ‘Meikle Tòir’—a bold pursuit to craft exceptional peated single malt at The GlenAllachie Distillery in Speyside. Every cask slumbering in our 16 on-site warehouses is closely observed throughout its maturation. Occasionally, we discover hidden gems that develop particularly distinctive character shaped by their oak, history, and provenance. Our Meikle Tòir Single Casks represent the wonders of our warehouses and are bottled at natural strength to capture their full personality, offering an experience as close as possible to sampling straight from the cask. The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters, with a finish in XO barrels.
