TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Enchanting aromas of dark chocolate, molasses, and heather honey, accompanied by cinnamon, espresso, and candied raisins. The aromatic profile is intense and complex, with a depth reminiscent of an incomparable sherry, marked by notes of dried peach, plums, figs, and a hint of tobacco in the empty glass.
PALATE: On the palate, there is a perfect continuation of the nose, with a dense and thick texture. The power of sweet sherry manifests in a harmonious ensemble of figs, dried peaches, plums, sweet dark chocolate, cream liqueur, with a slight touch of eucalyptus and a wave of grape acidity. Sweetness is omnipresent, enriched by nuances of sweet caramel and plum jam.
FINISH: The finish is spicy, astringent, and woody, offering an exceptional length that lingers with confidence. It is marked by persistent sweetness and a slightly sticky character, perfectly balanced by woody notes.
