Penderyn Sherry Finish

Sortilège is a unique blend of Canadian whisky and maple syrup. Created from the richness and authenticity of the Quebec countryside, this liqueur strikes the perfect balance between the heady strength of Canadian whisky and the distinctive flavour ofmaple syrup, resulting in a remarkably fine liqueur.

The 9th in Penderyn’s Icons of Wales Edition whiskies is called The Headliner. The only Welsh Prime Minister, David Lloyd George (1863-1945), was a social reformer and accidentally established the premium whisky industry. He became a symbol of the national reawakening of Wales, and created more headlines than any other 20th century statesman. This 70cl bottle has an abv of 46%, and is matured in Jamaican Rum & Ruby Port Casks.

The casks numbered 49541 and 49542 have been gracefully resting in warehouse 6 since they were filled on September 21, 1978, gently and slowly maturing the precious spirit they contain. After thirty years, the spirit was transferred into the finest Spanish first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks and was aged for an additional decade under the careful and enduring care of Tomatin distillery's custodians.

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first artisan distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe, and each batch is hand-distilled by the master distiller using only the finest ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. This extraordinary gin contains "fresh Buddha hand" and "lotus flower" infused in steam. Twelve distinct local herbs combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh, vibrant taste, inspired by the city where it is distilled.

Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.

The Tomatin 30-Year-Old is an exceptional single malt that embodies all the expertise of the renowned Highland distillery. Aged in small quantities in a combination of ex-bourbon oak casks and traditional oak casks, this whisky reaches remarkable maturity after three decades of patience. This masterpiece combines finesse and complexity, with a rich aromatic palette of fruits, creamy vanilla sweetness, and captivating spices. Awarded “World’s Best Design” at the World Whiskies Awards and a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2019, it stands as a benchmark for discerning enthusiasts. This single malt is produced in a limited edition, with only 3,000 bottles available worldwide.
